FUTURE CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING
http://www.futurewrestling.co.uk
Wrestling last Sunday in the month at Baggeridge Miners Welfare Club, Gornal, 7pm start.
Wrestling tuition available at Dudley Leisure Centre. A great way for youngsters (girls and boys) to gain confidence and get fit
"In times of trouble you find out who your friends are.... perhaps we should have stayed closer to home in the first place..."
|
Wrestling and saving a church might seem an odd mix, but as Future Championship Wrestling is Kates Hill based it starts to make more sense. Keith Massey of FCW and who has been involved in local community groups for many years, chaired our Inauguration Ceremony on 15.11.2007 at less than 24 hours notice after we had been let down by the Mayor of Dudley (withdrew on the advice of Church Leaders) and the first replacement chair (high profile person) who withdrew at one days notice. Keith stepped in and did an incredibly professional job.He had even had his hair cut.
FCW did a wrestling demonstration in Stone Square, Dudley in June 2007. At FCW invitation we set up our stand set up only a few feet away from the ring. We enrolled 19 new members and many more forms were taken
